1. Advance Booking Requirement

Minimum 48-hour notice required: All Aqeeqah ceremony orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance to ensure proper preparation and coordination.
Booking confirmation will be provided upon payment and order verification.

2. Permits and Licensing

Venue permits or local authority licenses may be required depending on the ceremony location.
Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for private venues.
Meetmart.lk will assist with guidance on permit requirements where applicable.

3. Transportation and Delivery Charges

Delivery Service: Transportation costs will be calculated based on distance from our facility to your specified location.
Donation Service: If you choose to donate meat to charity, additional transport charges will apply based on the receiving organization's location.
All transportation fees will be clearly itemized and communicated prior to booking confirmation.

4. Butcher and Ceremony Services

Complete Service Package: When selecting our butcher service, we provide:

Professional halal slaughtering according to Islamic guidelines
Meat processing and packaging
Post-ceremony cleanup of preparation areas
Proper disposal of waste materials

5. Payment and Cancellation

Full payment required upon booking confirmation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony may incur a cancellation fee
Refunds for weather-related cancellations will be processed within 7 business days

6. Service Limitations

Services are subject to availability of livestock and scheduling
Meetmart.lk reserves the right to substitute animals of equal or higher quality if specific requests are unavailable
All ceremonies will be conducted in accordance with Islamic principles and local regulations
